Colorado Academic Library Statistics
Academic Library Survey (ALS)
The federal Academic Library Survey (ALS) is now a separate project of the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES). It was once part of the Higher Education General Information Surveys (HEGIS), and more recently the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS). Conducted biennially, this survey covers libraries in all institutions of higher education in Colorado community colleges, colleges, and universities; public, private, and for-profit.
